Meet Grace Annan, LCSW
About Grace
“Motherhood is the exquisite inconvenience of being another person’s everything.” ~ Unknown

My name is Grace Annan. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been providing mental health services for almost 10 years. I have extensive experience working with people from all walks of life and am passionate about helping them overcome challenges to reach their goals.
I specialize in individual therapy and group therapy. My approach is tailored to each individual’s needs and I draw heavily from evidence-based modalities such as, but not limited to:
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT)
- Motivational interviewing (MI).
My practice is particularly focused on helping mothers with newborns and small children because I know, from experience, the unique struggles that come during the early years.
Motherhood can be one of the most rewarding experiences in a woman’s life, but it can also be one of the most challenging. Whether you are a first-time mother or it’s not your first rodeo, there are times when you may feel overwhelmed, stressed, and alone. I know, I’ve been there.
If you feel this way, please know that you are not alone. I am here to help.
